Gator Property Watch was created by Port Charlotte resident Steve Tietjen to give seasonal residents, travelers and part-time homeowners a dependable local contact for their property. Our goal is simple: be thorough, communicate clearly and help identify visible concerns before they have more time to become larger problems.
More than a quick walk-through
Our scheduled home-watch visits can include interior and exterior observations, humidity and thermostat checks, plumbing operation, appliance checks and other services based on the client’s selected plan. Every visit includes photos and a report available through the HWIT Client app.
Technology and practical property support
In addition to Gator Home Watch, we offer smart-home assistance and practical property services. When a project requires a licensed trade or specialized professional, our Partner Services directory can help clients connect directly with independent local providers.
